We all have the right to make the very best of ourselves; some can simply do this, while others need support to get there. Coaching, combined with NLP techniques and hypnotherapy, provide a powerful set of tools to assist in achieving change.
By working together in a coaching partnership, you can work out what your goals are and where you want to be. You can identify the milestones on the route to your success and you can establish ways to overcome any barriers that may be in your way.
I am passionate about supporting people as they embark on change. My mission statement underpins all the work that I do, and reflects many of my core beliefs and values.

The Initial Consultation
Once you get in touch with me, we will arrange a first telephone contact. This gives me the chance to explain what I can offer and establish what you want to achieve. More importantly, it provides you the chance to ask questions and find out if you believe that I can provide the support that you are looking for. We will also work out how many sessions we will need so that you can achieve your goals. There is no charge for this session.
Prior to the First Session
If we agree to go ahead with the coaching partnership, you will need to complete three tasks prior to the first session:
- I will send you a coaching contract to read and sign. This is a formal document which sets out our respective rights and responsibilities. Without this, we cannot proceed.
- You will need to complete a representational system questionnaire. This will allow me to work out your preferred system, which may be visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, auditory digital, or any combination of the four primary systems. This will enable to me tailor some of what I do to your preferred system. It will also give you some ideas on how to approach any of the challenges and barriers that you may face.
- I will also ask you to write about you. This is very much about you telling me about you. You can write as much or as little as you want, there is no right or wrong way to do it, and it gives us an excellent starting point for the first session.
The First Session
Once you have completed all of the tasks, we can hold our first session. I use this session to ask you about what you have told me about yourself, and establish in more detail what your goals are and what they mean to you. We look at the skills you have, what new skills you may need and if there are any barriers to your success.
I will then support you to work out a plan which you know that you can achieve, and establish the steps that you will need to take to get from where you are now to where you want to be.
By the end of the session, you will be clear on what your goal is, the steps you need to take and what your first step will be. You will be ready.
Each subsequent session will allow you to review your progress, identify your successes, and analyse any barriers so that you can overcome them. It also gives you a chance to review your end goal; be sure that it remains the right goal, or adapt it to your new destination.
The timing of each follow-up session depends very much on you, the steps you are planning to take and the nature of your end goal. However, I would expect the first follow-up to be no more than two weeks after the first session to ensure that you are on track and to recognise the progress that you have made.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Trainer of NLP and a Trainer of Hypnosis, as well as a Certified Practitioner of NLP Coaching, an NLP Master Practitioner, a Master Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner, and a Master Hypnotherapist. I am registered with the American Board of NLP Practitioners, the Time Line Therapy™ Association, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, and the Association of NLP.
I have worked with people in a range of settings for over 30 years with one common factor; all the people I have worked with have been seeking change, taking their lives to the next level and aiming for where they want to be.

I hold an initial telephone consultation with all prospective clients, and there is no charge for this. This is to discuss prospective outcomes and whether my services meet your needs.
If we agree to proceed I charge the following:
- £100.00 for a first session which can last up to two hours
- £75.00 for each subsequent session, with each session lasting up to an hour
