About me

We all have the right to make the very best of ourselves; some can simply do this, while others need support to get there. Coaching, combined with NLP techniques and hypnotherapy, provide a powerful set of tools to assist in achieving change.

By working together in a coaching partnership, you can work out what your goals are and where you want to be. You can identify the milestones on the route to your success and you can establish ways to overcome any barriers that may be in your way.

First step: Call me. We'll have a chat. You'll decide if I'm offering what you want and whether we can form a successful coaching partnership.

Second step: You want to work with me. We set up our first session. There are two tasks to complete prior to the first session:

  1. I send you a coaching agreement to sign. You read and sign it, and get it back to me.
  2. You send me a life story. In that story you tell me what's important, what you want to achieve, and the best way to do it is to sit down, write and keep writing until you run out of things to say. Then stop. Send it to me.

The story gives us a starting point and allow us to make best use of our first session.

Step three: We have our first session. We talk about your life story, where you are right now, and what you want to achieve. We discuss your successes and what could be going better. We look at barriers to your success. We formulate a plan, which includes your goals and our next steps.

Next steps: We work on your goals. We use a range of techniques to address the barriers to your success. You work on your goals, moving ever-closer to your successes. We look at what's going well, and what could be going better. You revise your actions and, if needed, your goals.

And finally: We agree that we've done enough together. You have your goals, your plans, and the tools to continue your successes. I wish you well, you move on with your new life, the new you, with new perspectives and opportunities. And if you get stuck, you know how to contact me.

Further information

"Gary – thank you so much for your calm, thoughtful and intuitive coaching sessions. Through our telephone conversations you have helped me to prioritise, develop and explore my own thinking around setting up a small business. Our conversations and the challenges you set me have also helped me to gain a greater insight into my own abilities and move my new venture to the next level. Your relaxed, friendly and focussed approach has made our sessions very rewarding. Thank you!" R. Oxfordshire

"I booked in with Gary for hypnosis for smoking cessation.  I was really impressed with the service provided from start to finish.  Corresponding and arranging sessions was done easily and efficiently. He arrived on time and well prepared for the face to face sessions. I was a very very dedicated smoker - too ashamed to admit how many I was smoking a day - what better testimony can there be than to say 9 weeks in that I have not had even a puff and not have I been close. Thoroughly recommend this therapist" C. Northamptonshire

"Thank you for the coaching. I feel ready to face the future after a very difficult few months. You have been very patient with me, giving me time to explore all that has happened and where i want to get to in the future. The hypnotherapy was a real turning point for me... I was so sure it wouldn't work and yet it has made a big difference. Thank you!" A. Northamptonshire
