About my method
Alongside Cognitive Behaviour Psychology Coaching methods and strategic and practical approach to goal setting and action planning I base my method on a number of philosophical and practical basis.
Reason and creativity
Together we will understand where you are, who you are and what your real motivations are, as well as what resources you have available and what your true vision is. We’ll define what your own life’s artwork will look like.
We often remain stuck in a situation because we can’t see things being any different. It is always possible to see things differently, and change things without adding anything to what we already have, only changing the way we look at things.
Often various spheres of life are interconnected and affect one another. I’ll make sure we have looked into what else may effect your goals in the various areas of life and work to improve all of those that have an impact.
Time management, resource management, finance management and wellness management all need a strategic approach and good planning.
Humour and Fun
Life should be fun and humour is a wonderful and very useful tool for life. Ultimately you are here because you want to make your life better and happier, and I do my job because it makes me happy and a better person. For this I’ll guarantee some laughs and light moments. Because yes, hard work is key for great achievements, but remaining lighthearted helps with keeping a smile on your face and avoiding unnecessary grief.

Seeking authenticity is the key to true happiness. This is because once we feel strong in our beliefs and find our motivations we automatically have the strength to do all that we want, with less fear, and without being conditioned by those around us. All while feeling confident and energetic.

At the basis of mine and your work in our coaching journey is the fundamental understanding and strong belief that we have power over our thoughts and consequently we can control our emotions and life outcomes. We can become skilled thinkers, becoming aware ‘in the moment’ of how our beliefs and assumptions are limiting our perspective or choices.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

FREE 20 MINUTE CHAT
Before starting your life coaching path it is a good idea to fully understand what life coaching is and what it can potentially help you with. You want to be 100% comfortable with the life coach of your choice, so I offer a 20 minute introductory session where we find out if we are the right match, and where I can answer any questions you may have.
My coaching programmes are tailored to you. Depending on your needs and desires we’ll decide on the frequency and number of sessions.
My fee is £60 per session when taken individually, however we can look at a programme tailored to you.
I currently offer a 6-weeks programme for £300.
Due to the current Covid19 emergency, I can offer up to 30% discount on the six sessions programme if you have been financially affected by the pandemic.
The 20 minute FREE introduction session is in addition to this.
