About me

As a Professional Life Coach, my aim is to support you in achieving your goals, to bring your dreams into reality. This can be any small step or a goal you have waited to achieve for a long time. If you feel stuck, you would like a change or just balance with where you are, with the importance that you would like someone who just as committed as you to achieve it, then look no further.

I am confident to support you in the following fields and life areas: Career Coaching, Life purpose and Fulfilment, Health & Wellbeing, Self-Esteem and Confidence, Personal Development, Self- Discovery, Self-Actualization and Spiritual Development, Transition and Transformation including moving to a different country or changing career or moving to a different life stage, additionally, learning & embodying Mindfulness.

I am an excellent empathic listener, a direct communicator who has an integral and holistic view in Coaching; trusting in the coach-client partnership. I gained my knowledge and experiences throughout in Beauty Therapy, Social Work, Entrepreneur courses, Consciousness and Transformative studies, Access Consciousness studies, Mindfulness, Life Coaching and had various work and life experiences in many fields including Customer Services, Youth and Adult support work, volunteering, meditation practices as well as living and working abroad.

I am very curious, positive and motivational. I enable and empower you to be who you are and become who you want to be, by providing a safe and trusted space. I believe in continuous development, therefore I am able to move and tap into many different theories and coaching approaches, therefore creating a bespoke plan to each individual. I believe that we are all unique and capable to create the life we truly want. Coaching is about supporting you in your authentic journey.

Association for Coaching

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

£65.00 per session
Free initial telephone or online session

Additional information

For life/personal coaching session, hourly rate starts from £65.00 in case of multiple session and £75.00 for 1 session.

Price may be agreed differently based on some special circumstances, like being a student for example, contact me for more details.

8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (a transformational and life changing experience for many) set price is £195.00 including course hours and all materials; if you would like to book please contact me.

Availability

Usual hours are on Weekdays from 8am until 7pm.

Saturday mornings can be agreed.
