About me
As a passionate and certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Practitioner, Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapist I offer a range of tools to support you with anxiety and mind challenging issues, low mood and worrying times, uncertain decision making and personal or work life planning, I have personally travelled through change, don't be afraid to explore your potential.

I work and live in the northeast of Scotland, (Aberdeenshire) following personal challenges in life being a testament to the tools I am providing as truthfully allowing me to be myself I knew I wanted to help others. I have worked in a customer service based environment as a leader for many years and there is a cross over between my life and career experience to put into a support function to others, I finally found my calling when I became certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapist, Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Mindfulness, my goal is to practise these with clients to support you to overcome similar challenges in life.

I personally have travelled through this change in life myself, and firstly promise after you make the first step it isn't scary like your mind is telling you, someone very wise once told me "No Change, No Change" and I at first didn't understand, it took me to find myself to realise what it meant, there is nothing not possible, look forward to hear from you.
Currently I am working on a secondment project, however am available online for consultation current and new. Will return for face to face consultations in August 2022.
