I have worked very closely with people for over 16 years, and have been coaching for 2 years. I worked in Retail - developing people towards their success, and later worked in People Management and development.
This led me into Coaching and hence I completed my diploma in Transformational coaching. Coaching has given me clarity of ways forward and I now support other people & businesses to see their potential, taking action towards becoming their own best version.
I have helped individuals identify their strengths, set meaningful & SMART goals, and overcome any limiting beliefs that have been holding them back. Understanding the importance of harmony between professional & personal life, I have helped my clients bring that balance towards their responsibilities & passions.
With experise in Mindset shifts, personal growth and goal alignment, I guide my clients through profound changes. Using strategies tailored to yourself, I foster self-awareness, resilience and lasting success. I have received great feedback about my compassion and intuitive approach. Whether addressing a traumatic experience or relationship, overcoming limiting beliefs & hurdles, stress management or, navigating career/life transitions, I help my coachee's achieve clarity and purpose.

Training, qualifications & experience
I’ve completed in-depth training with Animas to become a qualified coach (Accredited by the ICF, EMCC and AC).
I have also completed training in 'Neurodiversity in Coaching: Context and Skills for Effective Practice'. This enables me to work on Neurodivergent strengths and how to apply them in everyday life and the workplace.
I am a mother to 2 boys who teach me much about life & resilience everyday.

Life coaching: £95 for 60 minute
Business Coaching: £175 for 90 minutes
