Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, tired and not sure what to do or who to turn to at present?
Having worked / support clients with a range of challenges I am here to help you through this challenging period.
My mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential by providing compassionate, personalised life coaching incorporated with a therapeutic twist.
I am dedicated to fostering personal growth, enhancing well-being and facilitating positive change through evidence-based practices and a supportive, client-centred approach. My goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges, unlock their true potential, and lead fulfilling, balanced lives.
I have a vast amount of experience working with clients who have presented issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, drug & alcohol addiction, eating disorders, lack of direction in life, confidence, personal development, career development, self-esteem, work/life balance, motivation.
I have worked within a number of organisations supporting individuals, couples.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and usually include exploring what you are hoping to achieve by the time you finish your sessions and exploring a plan we can work towards in order for you to achieve your desired outcome. Sessions may include work to be done out of sessions.
I am a member of BACP (British association of counselling and psychotherapy) and Association of coaching to ensure I am accountable to a national organisation.

6 weeks coaching programme: £900 + VAT
3 months coaching programme: £1,800 + VAT
6 months coaching programme: £3,600 + VAT
12 months coaching programme: £7,800 + VAT
