Dr Fiona Day (MBChB, FFPH, Dip Occ Med) is one of the UK’s most skilled and experienced Executive Coaches specialising in the leadership development and careers of Senior Doctors, Medical and Public/ Global Heath Leaders.

Her highly confidential, energising style of coaching is personalised, evidence-based and creative, and will enable you to fulfil your potential as a leader and to find meaning, purpose and direction in your professional life.

Fiona is an expert in her field and has worked with over 140 senior doctors, medical and public health leaders to transform their leadership, careers, and working lives over the last five years in the UK and on all five continents.

Fiona’s clients regularly comment on her collaborative, insightful, and non-judgemental approach, her substantial professional experience of leading in complex and transformational contexts, and her ability to provide appropriate challenge with empathy.

She is an Approved Coach for the UK Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, an Accredited Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and an Executive Coach for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine’s Executive Programme for Global Health Leadership.

Fiona is regularly engaged by employers to support their senior doctors, medical and public health leaders. She is based in Leeds, and works online across the UK and Internationally.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
