Fiona Biggins, Life & Career Coach - teenagers, students and young adults

About me

I am a career and life coach with a warm coaching style. Having recently returned to work after maternity leave, I have decided to focus on the coaching that I enjoy the most, which is coaching young people. I am fascinated by the positive changes that young people can make in their lives after only a few sessions and how easily they grasp what coaching is about.

My life priorities have completely changed since having my daughter and it has made me appreciate even more, how important it is to support and empower young people through coaching.

How Coaching Can Help

I coach young people from teenagers at school to university students to young adults just starting out in their careers. I help them to:

  • build confidence
  • gain motivation
  • clarify their options
  • set goals for the future
  • manage stress and distractions
  • learn how to prioritise

Current Coaching experience with Year 11 Students

I am currently working at a London secondary school, coaching Year 11 students preparing for their GCSE's. Many of the students feel lots of pressure to achieve and the coaching sessions help them to "let off steam" and they go away with practical strategies to manage stress and distractions. Others are bored by the routine "get up, school, study, repeat" so in the sessions we look at ways that they can become stimulated and creative again.

What to expect in your first session

Prior to our first session, we will have already spoken on the phone to see if we are a good fit for each other and to make sure that coaching is the right support for you. So in our first session, we will either meet face to face or speak online. We will talk confidentially about the things that are currently bothering you and discuss ways we can work to move you forward.  Coaching is a positive experience.

The Relaunch Me young person's package consists of 6 x 1-hour face to face sessions. Together we will set out a clear goal to reach by the end of the sessions and use coaching tools and exercises such as exploring your values, uncovering your negative self-talk, building on your strengths and making real your aspirations for the future.

Package Cost: £550

Coaching sessions can also be booked on an individual basis at £90 per hour.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation by phone or face to face prior to commencing sessions.
