About me

Hey, I'm Esra
I am Life Coach and Cognitive behavioural therapist, training in Counselling. I am is experienced in working with adults and teenagers with depression and anxiety disorders such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Street Disorder (PTSD), depression and many more.

Has experience in working with the NHS and working in the Private Sector. I engage in training regularly so, able to use the most up to date evidence based approaches when working with clients, and so because of this, I makes sure each treatment plan is designed for each individual client.

You might suddenly decide to have a therapy or have been thinking about it for a while. Found yourself feeling anxious, sad, in edge or depressed. You might be having a family or work related problems. Feeling like everything is happening to you. You’re stressed about the impact upon you and unsure where to seek help, I am here to help.

Some of us know exactly what we actually want from life why we want it and how we can go about getting it. Other side some of us don’t! To be clear on these things you need a better idea of who you are and what makes life meaningful for you, and gives you a sense of purpose. Working with me will give you great benefit for you to get better sense of who you are, unearth your skills, talents and gifts, and discover what gives your life meaning.

My aim is to support you, and work together to gradually overcome the problems you are having. We will set achievable goals together and discuss the matters in detail. We will track each step and compare the growth to ensure we are meeting our aim set together

Esra is amazing, really personable and builds great rapport. I have had 3 sessions with Esra and I can see it's making a difference already :)

Highly Recommended !! My therapy sessions with the Esra has made a huge change in my daily life. The way I actually see my way life and difficult events. Esra has very good empathy of understanding, her knowledge, her communication, honesty and ability to analyze and diagnose me with Ptsd was very good. I always wondered what I had. I highly recommend starting a therapy with her. I wish I met her before.

Very enthusiastic about helping. It seems like helping people is within her rather than a job. I had a very difficult time during my studies. She actually helped me and given me a letter of continues session. Where I have informed my Tutors to show understanding for my progress due to my stress. Highly recommend. Once every 3 months I still have therapy sessions.

So far I had 4 sessions with Esra and still continuing. I was seeing her for my anger issues and gathered that I was keeping too much stuff inside and holding a lot which caused problems within myself. At the moment having Esra listening/understanding me and sharing stuff has made me feel better and helped me alot.

I cannot explain how much support I have been given during such difficult times I had experienced. I had the toughest stages of my life, trying to finish off my studies and coping with mental health at the same time. Without you as help, I really would have struggled! Thank you so much for all your support.

+Esra was my life coach, taught me powerful techniques to cope with my relationship problems. Which was a very stressful times for me last year. - When you are working with her, she is easy to get through. Once session is over she takes 2 working days to get back to you. It is not actually a negative feedback. I am trying to say, while she is in session make the most of it. Where my previous coach never got through to me after sessions were over. Esra main focus is her current clients and new clients. With old clients she helps still but you need to follow up, after she discharges you.
