Hello. I’m Erica Sosna. The career coach for the Hero in you.
Let's face it - careers advice wasn't so hot at school and most of us left without a clear sense of our strengths and drivers. So it's no wonder my professional, creative, talented clients are in a muddle!
We spend too long at work not to enjoy it. There is nothing better than doing the work you love.
And sometimes, we need to take a leap to get us there.
Trust me, I have been there - I have changed direction 5 times before finding my niche and re-sold myself into a variety of industries.
In addition, I know how the biggest battle can be with your own fears and anxieties - so I have a big toolbox of methods to help you turn your inner critic into your inner cheerleader!
I have helped mumpreneurs start businesses from their kitchen and professionals turn their passions into profitable businesses. I offer specific and hands-on support in a jargon-free style - combining personal development with practical business skills.

My first book, Your Life Plan, was published by Wiley in March 2014. The book combines my careers coaching method with practical project skills and personal development tools to get you up and running.

Training, qualifications & experience
I've been a career coach and a leadership consultant for 15 years. I developed my own method for career coaching and specialise in helping mid/senior professionals develop a plan of action for a strategic career change.
My work helped hundreds of people in America, Kosovo, New Zealand, India and Bulgaria build both their practical skills and confidence in areas such as pitching, business writing, customer service, market research, project planning, social media and marketing.
I've advise companies on their career strategies - including HSBC, Paypal, Louis Vuitton, Bank of Ireland, RBS, The Open University, Bristol Myers Squibb, Channel 4 and Aviva.
And I've been a TEDX'r...twice.
I have a Diploma in Life Coaching and I am trained in the Seven Habits of Highly Successful People.
As a qualified AGILE project manager with twelve years of experience, I am going to help you break down your big goals into manageable, bitesize, friendly, doable chunks and keep on track toward their achievement.

My company is a social enterprise. This means that 10% of profits of the company are reinvested into supporting the local community.
