About us
I am a Nurse & Paramedic by background. I have 39 years in healthcare. I burnt out as a Clinical leader in the NHS in 2021. I used all the tools I now have in my coaching packages to help me transform into who I am today. I am an accredited Master NLP Coach and my passion is to transform lives using tools that have a fast result and lasting impact. Unresolved trauma manifests in adults in some of the following ways: people pleasing, de-prioritising own needs, need for external validation from others, living on high alert, inability to focus, house is a mess, never on time, you 'fix' others. Alongside fears and phobias and other triggers that block your progress to being the best version of you. I can help eliminate these blocks to enable you to find joy, peace, contentment or whatever that experience you want back in your life.
I help guide individuals with life goals in career, relationships, business and more. I have a variety of coaching packages ranging from one session of 90 minutes for one problem to a two-day ultimate transformation face to face. I also run live workshops for free.

I have helped people go and live their life in a much more desired state, learn to love gardening again, or any other hobbies that maybe a significant event has left them in survival mode. As a paramedic and emergency department nurse as well as a Clinical Lead role in an NHS 111 service I know only too well how stress, anxiety can become chronic and impact our lives significantly and even lead to dark places.
