I'm here to coach you through any changes you want to make in your life. As an experienced coach of 22 years, I will work with you to create a plan that works for you and support you in achieving your desired goal.
My sessions allow you to talk and work through something that is affecting your life and empower you to come away with a plan on how to make the change you want and give you the confidence to do it.
You will feel reassured, knowing that you have been listened to properly, that you have considered all the options and made the right decision for you.

Depending on your preference, you need to choose a venue where you will feel able to talk and think clearly. I can offer:
Online consultation, where you are able to choose a private space you feel comfortable in; A calm, safe environment with a relaxed atmosphere in my coaching suite; The open and friendly ambience of a cafe, talking over a cup of tea or coffee.

Background in education (BSC Hons, PGCE, PG Cert, NPQH, CIPD); Postgraduate certificate in Coaching; 22 years experience of helping people achieve their goals; approachable; happy; excellent listener; non-judgemental

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
Areas of coaching I deal with
One session – to create a plan of action (45 minutes) - £60
Three sessions – Create plan, provide support and plan review (3 x 45 minutes) - £165
Regular sessions – If you feel a series of sessions over a period of time are what you need to support you through making the change you want, then a discount will be applied to the session fee (dependent on the volume and duration required)
Bespoke packages can also be agreed on request.

What do I get out of a life coach session?
You get to talk and work through something that is affecting your life and come away with a plan to make the change you want and the confidence knowing that you have been listened to properly, then considered all the options and made the right decision for you.
Does a life coach tell me what to do?
No. Your coach believes you actually know the answer inside and they help you unlock it. If you want the coach to tell you what they think, they will, but any action decided on in a session has to have been chosen by you because you want to do it, not because someone else thinks you should.
Do you need a life coach?
There are times in your life when you need someone impartial and objective to listen to you and help you plan your way forward.
Today’s world can leave us feeling overwhelmed, swamped by things outside your control and leave you confused about what to do next.
A life coach listens to you and works with you to understand what you need to do to feel satisfied with your life. Working with your coach, you will come up with a plan of action to move you closer to the life you want, creating satisfaction with your life, building your confidence and helping you to become happier.
How many sessions will you need?
It might be that you only need one session to simply re-evaluate your position and move forward but for most clients three sessions works well in terms of agreeing a plan, monitoring and supporting you carrying it out and then finally reviewing the plan’s success and deciding your next steps for the future.
What happens in a session?
The first session is all about you – finding out what you want. Once we have determined what you want to change, we go through all the possible options and decide what action you want to take. Then we set up a plan for you to carry out with a realistic time frame. Your coach takes away notes made in the session and will then mail you your action plan.
The next session(s) support you in making the change you desire. This session revisits the original plan and we look at progress made. We may modify the plan or create a plan following on from the original – It’s all designed to empower you, giving you confidence and more control over the direction your life takes.
Again, your coach will send you an updated version of your plan to give you a reminder of points discussed and the confidence that you know what you are doing. This will continue until you feel ready to continue with you plan on your own as the sessions should give you the support you need to go out and shape your life as you want it to be.
