About us

About us

Make positive changes and create a life that’s right for you. Focusing on what’s important to you right now and in the future for your work and home life.

Women to Work founders and coaches Jenny and Emma support their clients to take many thoughts and ideas and funnel these down with clarity into a focused plan to create the future they want. We have a particular interest in coaching to improve confidence; manage limiting beliefs and negative self-talk; build resilience and to enable clients to explore their options; to have a voice; to focus on what’s important to them and to consider how to present themselves as they want to be.

Women to Work was sparked out of a conversation about the unfulfilled potential we saw in women all around us – brilliant bright capable motivated women unable to meet their professional and/or personal potential for a variety of reasons. We knew we wanted to make a difference if we could and that’s where we started, and we are now proud to have run women’s development programmes in both the public and private sector as well as having supported many individual women and shared with them coaching tools to manage their own self development.

We absolutely love what we do and are passionate about how coaching can help the people we work with to see new horizons that best fit their values, helping them to feel positive, motivated and able to create a fulfilling professional and personal life.

We hope you will love coaching as much as we do!

“Jenny approached the sessions with warmth, good humour and a very personable approach whilst also asking questions that gave an appropriate level of challenge. The chance to reflect and really work out what was important to me in life was invaluable; not only do I have a clear focus but it’s given me renewed enthusiasm for established aspects of life...”

“I have worked with Emma on and off for a few years now and can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s incredibly talented - empathetic, professional, an excellent listener, discreet where needed and utterly focused on reaching the agreed objective of our sessions. Emma’s helped me both with work and personal dilemmas. Thank you Emma for all your on-going support. With your help I feel like my life’s going where I want it to.”
