Life and Career Coach (MA, Level 7 QCD)

About me

Life and Career coaching for women at all stages of their journey whether you are wanting to make a career change, feel empowered in your current role, become more assertive in the workplace or if you are wanting to mend your relationship with doom-scrolling and find new hobbies. Whatever change you are ready to make, coaching can support you to make these changes by holding you accountable, giving you structure and breaking down goals into achievable steps.

Coaching can transform your life, helping you feel empowered, in control and ready to face existing or new challenges with a fresh mindset. During coaching sessions, you will be encouraged to evaluate your life and where you can make changes with my support.

I WORK WITH WOMEN WHO:

  • Struggle to find time for themselves but wanting to carve time for new hobbies, exercise or a business venture
  • Want to become more confident or assertive at work and feel stuck
Want to progress in their current workplace but struggling to know how to stand out
  • Want to find a new role or make a career change and need some support with taking those steps
  • Are at a crossroad in either their personal or professional life and need someone to talk it through with
  • Are dealing with a period of uncertainty and change and need a fresh person to talk it through with

Further information

began my journey as a coach several years ago and have supported over a 100 clients reach their goals. I am inspired to work with amazing women every day who are often unaware of their achievements, inspiring stories and resilience.

I believe coaching should be non-judgemental, confidential, supportive, encouraging and non-directive. I place you at the centre of the appointment, believing that an understanding of what works for you is the best place to start when thinking about goals and changes you wish to make in your life and career.
