About me
I am an Integrative Practitioner who takes a transpersonal, holistic and person-centred approach using tools such as hypnosis, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), EFT (tapping), breathwork, meditation and spiritual exploration to create and hold space for you to awaken to your own inner healing intelligence and innate wisdom. I am dedicated to exploring and integrating altered states of consciousness for healing and growth.
I have facilitated clients in their inner healing journeys through issues such as;
anxiety, depression, relationships and heartbreak, overcoming addictions and habits, fears and phobias, past traumas, insomnia, increasing confidence and self-esteem and integrating psychedelic experiences.
I have spent years exploring and practicing breathwork, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, plant medicines, spirituality, philosophy and nature connectedness for my own development and use these as tools in my transpersonal therapeutic practice.
I also provide Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Coaching and am a psychedelic guide at a retreat centre in Holland. In addition, I host monthly online integration, meditation and breathwork circles.

Further information
I see the tools and techniques I use as keys that unlock doors to your own innate wisdom and inner healing intelligence to allow you to transcend the limiting beliefs of the ego and step into your highest form of Self. To unlock freedom from within, so that you can connect with your heart and soul to strengthen your intuition and find meaning, purpose, self-belief, love and inner peace. All that you need is an open mind, a trusting heart, and commitment to your process. I do not preach any spiritual beliefs but can help you deepen and develop your own practice and explore what resonates with you.
The transpersonal approach I take using these tools can facilitate change to overcome struggles with stress, anxiety, depression, weight loss, alcohol use, fears and phobias, grief, loneliness, insomnia, relationship issues, confidence and self-esteem, motivation and creativity. It can also help you to develop your own spiritual practice and growth, as well as preparing for and integrating transpersonal psychedelic, mystical and spiritual experiences.
The term 'transpersonal' means 'beyond the personal', which reflects the core aim of the approach - to explore human growth and help people discover a deep and more enduring essential Self that exists beyond the conditioned ego. The founding fathers of Transpersonal Psychology include Abraham Maslow and Stanislav Grof, with roots in earlier work by Carl Jung and William James. Researchers analysed various definitions of Transpersonal Psychology identifying common themes that include ‘states of consciousness, ultimate potential, beyond ego, transcendence, and spirituality’. They came to the definition that “Transpersonal Psychology is concerned with the study of humanity's highest potential, and with the recognition, understanding, and realization of unitive, spiritual, and transcendent states of consciousness.” (Lajoie & Shapiro 1990)
