About me
I am a qualified mindfulness-based confidence coach, here to take you from hiding to thriving whilst maintaining balance.
I want to help you transform your mindset and I strongly believe that reconnecting with who you are, your values, and what brings you joy is paramount to your transformation. I have a keen interest in the practice of mindfulness and like to introduce certain tools and techniques to my coaching sessions to support you to slow down and reconnect to you. Through pausing, reflecting, and connecting to self I believe this can help you to build up your confidence and help you to start making exciting changes that will positively impact your future.
The past 4 years have taken me on my own personal development after having suffered from severe burnout from work resulting in high-level anxiety and low mood and I'm passionate about coaching those who are wanting to escape this 'doing' lifestyle that so many of us lead and shift to a lifestyle filled with balance, joy, and gratitude.

- Completed 1 of 3 years towards an MSc in Mindfulness at Aberdeen University
