About me

As an Air Traffic Controller at Southampton airport I found transitioning into being a working parent very challenging. I was experiencing guilt for leaving my son at nursery, overwhelm from trying to do it all and stress at not being able too.

Having trained as a coach I understood (finally) how to enjoy a work/life balance that worked for me. I was now able to enjoy my family and feel totally present, whilst being fulfilled in my career.

If you are feeling wracked with guilt for not being the 'perfect' parent... If you are swamped with things to do at work and home and could give a hamster a run for their money... If you are acutely aware that your kids are growing up and you're missing out... then contact me for a 'Clarity Call'

I have helped 100s of mums (and a few dads too) to find the perfect work/life balance for them, to take the stress out of being a working parent and just enjoy those magical moments together.
