I’m a level 7 registered career development consultant (RCDP) who can help you find clarity and empowerment. Based in the UK, I have worked worldwide with high-profile clients. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced professional, I can help you take your career to the next level.

My post-graduate training (PGDip) means I can help you develop the skills and knowledge to successfully navigate any career transitions you may face. I’ll help you develop better decision-making skills to handle the challenges you may encounter in life more effectively.

Are you struggling to find a suitable career or decide what steps to take next? Together we will explore what you need and want from the world of work and create a clearer picture of that ideal job. I work with individuals of all ages and enjoy helping people achieve their career goals.

I offer a FREE 15-minute discovery call.

I have 20+ years of business management and mentoring experience and work as the Managing Director of Reflections Talent Agency, an international company whose clients have performed worldwide in some fantastic projects for the past ten years.

In employment, I have worked with Shaw Trust as an advocate for the unemployed and an Enterprise Advisor for Careers and Enterprise in employability. Passionate about careers and education, I have previously organised large-scale networking events and enjoy connecting companies and individuals.

With my business background, I act as a mentor, helping clients start their own businesses and being an impartial soundboard for any ideas.

I can also work with you on LinkedIn profile creation and maintenance, job search skills, resumes, cover letters, university personal statements, mock interviews, job search skills, self-employment, training advice, finding work/life balance and more.

Combining my guidance training and business background means I can offer specialised career guidance. Looking at the world of work from an organisational and individual perspective helps you understand what employers are looking for from their employees.

Alongside coaching, I also teach employability workshops, including entrepreneurial networking and building and maintaining a strategic network of industry connections.

I offer various career consulting services, including working as a mentor with actors, helping them build their self-esteem, motivation and confidence. Help with building their profiles, marketing themselves, choosing suitable headshots and showreels, networking skills and help with writing to casting directors, producers, agencies, and much more!

TESTIMONIALS

‘Emily has really helped me harness some motivation during a time where it feels like we are completely helpless. I’ve made some positive steps towards my goals which Emily helped me set after we identified what is most important to me. I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone needing some guidance, who is feeling a little stuck and in need of some help with setting goals and achieving them.’ — Gabbie Clark, Spiritual Coaching

‘Emily helped me out tremendously. She’s a superb listener, she totally understood my situation and gave me the support and clarity I needed. By looking at things in a different way I was able to get out of the loop I was in. Can definitely recommend!’ — Oli Cohen, Career Coaching

‘The call was fantastic - we had an initial chat to discuss what I would like to work on so that Emily could better understand what it was that I was looking to achieve from the session, and I was asked to complete a short questionnaire and make a list of my strengths and weaknesses so that the session could be tailored to me. During the call, we set some small tasks for me to complete which were very simple things that I could do to help me achieve my goals. I really enjoyed the session and I have already implemented many of the things we discussed. I would definitely recommend to anyone who may be considering coaching.’ — Jessica Smith, Life Coaching

‘I was so grateful for the really helpful coaching session I had with Emily. We talked about a range of issues, such as confidence and acting related concerns I had as a soon to be graduate. Emily was supportive and really helped me to understand how I could put in place positive strategies to achieve my goals. I’d definitely recommend her to anybody, and particularly actors.’ — Han Roze, Performer Coaching

‘Emily is easy to talk with and knows all the right questions to ask in order to get to the bottom of your problems! She helped me find a clear direction for a couple of projects I have and set goals in order for me to make progress. If I need any guidance or help in the future, I’ll definitely contact her again! I highly recommend her as a life coach.’ - Tina Barnes, Career Coaching
