About me
Are you struggling to find a supportive and understanding coach who has first hand experience with ADHD? Perhaps you or your child live with ADHD and are looking for support in managing daily tasks and executive functioning skills.
I have 7+ years experience in working with Neurodiverse adults, young people their families in both education and care settings. As someone with ADHD myself, I have an insight into how best to support others, and provide a friendly, non-judgemental and encouraging helping hand when navigating through the trials that ADHD can bring.
My education in Psychology and Counselling means that my coaching draws on various psychological models and techniques to really get the most out of your brain.
I can:
- Offer a safe environment for you to explore your goals and action steps to work towards them.
- Provide clarity and understanding.
- Work in partnership with you to develop executive functioning skills, self-esteem and independence.
- Provide accountability.
I provide a range of services:
- 1-2-1 ADHD coaching for adults, young adults and teenagers
- Whole family coaching (visit strivehub.co.uk for more info)
- ADHD and Neurodiversity awareness sessions with schools
- Parent workshops
- Group coaching
I am a big believer that understanding yourself is the first step to moving forward - and coaching is one of the ways you can unlock a deeper insight to yourself and what you want from your life. I have a particular interest in working with adolescents with ADHD to manage the transition into adulthood.
Alongside my lived experience of ADHD and work within the education and health and social care sector, I have undertaken a variety of training and education courses to expand my knowledge of working with Neurodiverse individuals and their families. You can see these by looking further down on my page.
I look forward to meeting you!
