Your well-being is vital!
I am a practicing Life Coaching specialising in Well-being and Mindful Coaching. Coaching is about self-development, clarifying what you really want, and identifying obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward, giving you the space, clarity and understanding to move forward with confidence.
In Well-being and Mindful Coaching I often see people who have difficulty relaxing, who are suffering from anxiety or depression, who feel stuck in their life situation, who lack confidence or emotional resilience, or who need to discover more inspiration and motivation in their lives. I have a background in physical well-being and have also been a practicing meditator for the last 20 years. This has influenced how I practice coaching and what I offer my clients.
The first session is complementary - this allows both the client and myself to gauge whether this is the right course of action for the client and to get some background to their situation.

Training, qualifications & experience
Qualified in Personal Transformational Life Coaching, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation(ICF)
I trained with The Animas Centre for Coaching in London approved by the ICF. As well as running a successful business in Coaching I also am a trainer for student coaches, Supervisor for Coaches, Course Developer, and a tutor for CPD courses at the Animas Centre.
I am also the Wellbeing Coach and Meditation Programme Coordinator at St James School for Girls. I am a meditation teacher and have been a practitioner for 30 years.
I also practice Reiki and Acupressure and work in several top schools in West London for the benefit of staff and pupils.
I have been successfully running my wellbeing business for over 10 years.

At present I offer a complementary first session which last up to half an hour to allow us to check in and explore what you would like from coaching and if I am the right coach for you.
After this, if we are both happy to continue, coaching sessions cost upward of £85 per hr on a sliding scale depending on location. There are discounts for multiple bookings.
The number of sessions is very much dependent on the client and what is needed. Sometimes only four or five sessions are necessary and sometimes more are needed.
I am available for daytime and evening appointments.
