I am an accredited coach working with people in their 20s and 30s who are looking to make a change and lead a more fulfilling life.

Whether you are looking to make a career change, manage stress, improve your wellbeing, or want a new challenge, I will support you through collaborative one-to-one coaching, in a psychologically safe space.

In addition to providing individual coaching, I also work at a global psychology and behavioural consultancy which transforms the way people think, feel, and behave across multinational companies.
