I have experienced the challenges of fast-paced commercial and highly competitive environments and learned first-hand about both the positive and negative impact leaders have on the culture and success of their teams. Developing successful, high-performing individuals that operate in a positive environment is a passion.
I often work with people who are at cross-roads in their life and looking for a new challenge or change of direction in their career. From the initial “feeling stuck” phase to taking the plunge to create a path in a new direction. I help you to embrace change.
We all recognise the feeling of being stressed and over-worked. I explore the optimum work/life balance with you to unlock the anxiety you may be feeling. By helping restore balance and we can use the new-found headspace to explore new possibilities.
I also provide coaching to teams as well as individuals, to enhance the development of behaviours and performance across organisations. Recently I worked with EY on group coaching to Assistant Director level about their leadership challenges, how to coach and mentor others and considerations for their future goals and objectives.
I have developed a tiered approach to my coaching and consultancy work to be able to work with individuals, independent brand owners and corporates. I am passionate about supporting and developing people whether they are part of an independent brand or a corporate business.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in Transformational Coaching and CPD Certificate in Group Coaching with ICF accredited courses from Animas Centre for Coaching.
Before re-training as a leadership coach, I worked for fifteen years in retail, latterly as Head of Beauty Buying at Selfridges and Sales Director at Soho House. I founded a luxury brand and retail consultancy which runs alongside my coaching practice andI specialise in providing strategic growth opportunities through customer engagement. The focus is to increase profitability through all customer touch-points and develop commercial, marketing and team strategies.
