About me

What do you want? Do you want to lose weight? To change career? To feel confident in every area of your life or just to feel less anxious?

Because I can help you get what you want.

I've worked with hundreds of clients pointing them towards healthier bodies, healthier minds and healthier relationships with others and themselves.

Why should you believe me? Because I've worked as a full time coach for over ten years, I'm a Kindle author, I have books about weight loss, overwhelm and addiction, I've got four courses on the online platform Udemy and am also an International Speaker.

I coach from a Three Principles perspective and I have Three Principles Practitioner Training and Mentoring programme for those who want to coach or just want to enrich their own life and the lives of those around them.

I can't wait to work with you.

I am flexible with my working hours and am available some Saturdays and evenings.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
