About me

Across the whole of my working life, the one thread I always come back to is a passion and satisfaction in support people to reach their goals, find new insights into themselves and grow as people.

After a few years of working in a commercial environment, I found my passion by making the move to the not for profit sector. Over the years this has given me so many wonderful opportunities and chances to learn from truly inspirational people with a similar passion for supporting others.

I am passionate about offering coaching and facilitation to a wide range of people and organisations, alongside still working directly in the not for profit sector as a Learning & Development manager in Sussex, where I live with my family.

I hope through my wide experience, empathy and natural coaching style I can help you to navigate whatever challenges you are facing and find your own success.

Please do get in touch for a no commitment free conversation to discuss what you are hoping to achieve through coaching and for you to be able to make a considered decision if I am the right coach for you. If I don't feel I am the right person to support you, I will be honest and tell your and help to direct you to the support you might need.

I look forward to hearing from you by email or call.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
