Further information

With 20 years experience as a therapist, I use a combination of techniques to help you manage anxiety, stress, panic and more. My goal is to help you feel empowered and free from symptoms.

Many women go through the menopause, but for some it changes everything. Women can develop anxiety, hot flushes, difficulties in relationships, bodily changes, depression, exhaustion, trouble sleeping and many other symptoms and behaviours. I deliver CBT to overcome these difficulties and empower women with positive menopause management. Courses run over six weeks and are open to all women and all age groups. I’m also a women’s health expert for The Luna Hive.
