About me

Sometimes you just need to find space to clear your head and find your own solution, with someone listening, prompting, clarifying and sometimes challenging your assumptions on the way.

I offer you an opportunity to leave anxiety, stuckness and fear and enter into a life of certainty, purpose and passion.

I provide a safe place for you to do this, where you are free to explore the concerns and issues you have, without fear of being judged.

I am a certified Life Coach with training in Psychotherapy.  I use a variety of methods and models to create a personal experience and breakthrough to transformatively take you forward and move effectively not only to achieve your goals but to know yourself better and build fantastic resilience.

I am happy to work face to face, on the telephone or skype/zoom to accommodate your needs.

I do this through three main types of coaching service:

GLOW - Using my bespoke programme of exercises, get 8 weeks of one to one coaching with 24/7 support to get you back to centre and move forward with certainty. Online

Vision SPA™ - a Workshop creating Space to Pause and Assess™ life, relationships, work, creativity and fun.  Helping you gain clarity on where you want to go. This can be provided for individuals, couples or groups. Online and in person.

Flexible sessions - book a block covering  3, 6 or 12 sessions which can be used as you wish to cover issues that have come up for you. Each session is an hour and can be used between 6 and 15 months. Online or in person.

I also am available for Mental Health Support through Therapy and Mental Health training.

Training, qualifications & experience
