About me
Are you feeling stuck and wondering what to do next? Or your mind is in overdrive, and you need time to unpick your thoughts?
I am an ICF Associate Trained Coach and am passionate about coaching the person as a whole, through both personal and professional challenges, as they are interlinked. I can help you by using my own values of integrity, honesty and a little bit of humour through giving you space to explore and navigate through your thoughts and feelings.
I do not specialise in any specific area, as I coach using a purist approach. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. Thus, my approach is to challenge with kindness through thoughtful and respectful curiosity and inquiry to get the best out of you.
As a Registered Nurse practicing within the National Health Service (NHS), I bring a unique blend of empathy, clinical expertise, and deep understanding of human psychology to my coaching practice. My experience as a nurse has shaped my approach and ethics, enabling me to be a compassionate coach that genuinely understands the complexities of human behaviour, emotions and the diverse challenges people face. In my role as a nurse and coach, I have honed my ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically, creating a safe space for clients to explore their concerns, fears and aspirations.
Through my work, I have developed a keen insight into the psychological and emotional impact of trauma, which allows me to support people navigating difficult experiences. I am accustomed to providing well-being support not only to service users, patients and their families, but to healthcare professionals, including those in leadership roles, who often face unique pressures. With my professional experience, I am able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and professions, as I bring a holistic perspective that considers both the personal and professional aspects of my client’s lives.

- Level 1 Associate Coach Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy
- 40+ coaching hours to date working towards accreditation

Additional information
Virtual sessions are £540 for 6 sessions (£90 hourly rate).
Face-to-face sessions are charged at an hourly rate plus the cost of the room booking dependent on the meeting area, in which I can be flexible in the London/Loughton area.
