About me
I am a goal-oriented, organisational savvy executive coach and psychotherapist who can help you discover presence and peace with yourself and others.
I offer a space for thoughtful examination of specific obstacles you may be presented with as a leadership professional. This will include a combination of support, challenge and seeking out suitable goals aligned with your values and purpose.
Whether you are looking for support with a specific goal in mind or want to find a confidential space to tend to unpack a workplace challenge, my aim is to help you to overcome obstacles and reach a state of renewed purpose and clarity.
Having a 20 year corporate career in international HR working across Europe, MENA, Russia and South Africa in high growth SME tech, media, and professional services environment. This, in addition to my Arabic heritage, means I have deep insight into cultural diversity and challenge at work. I have first hand experience leading HR strategic and operational initiatives alongside partnering country MD's and regional C-Suite Executives.

As an Executive Coach, I am currently Accredited at Coach Practitioner level with EMCC Global (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) while undertaking Senior Practitioner Coach Accreditation.
Hogan Lead Psychometric Assessment trained
As a Psychotherapist I am a fully Accredited Registered member of the BACP.
Chartered CIPD HR training underpinning my HR expertise.
Over 8,000 hours of interviews and assessments in my HR career.
Over 3,000 hours of deep psychological client work at a clinical level with 12+ years experience.
