About me

Hi I'm Denise and I run Ogwen Holistic, a professional coaching and therapy service for anyone looking to improve their health and well being, work life balance and relationships, or who is facing potentially life changing situations or dealing with grief and end of life.

Based in Bethesda, Gwynedd, I offer a solution based, holistic approach to individual problems, using creative techniques in a safe, supportive friendly environment.

I can help with:

  • General support with life changing events / decisions.

Following first contact and before you book an appointment, I offer a 20 minute free telephone consultation so we can have a brief discussion about what you are looking for. Following this we would have an initial one and a half hour appointment to assess where you are currently at and where you wish to be. This enables us to come up with a collaborative treatment / development plan.

Sessions are held in a comfortable, private room within my home and notes are stored securely and anonymously. I comply with the new GDPR rules.
