My name is Deirdre, I am a qualified CBT Therapist and Nutritional Life Coach.
I will help you embrace life, deal with change and live a healthier, happier life. I am passionate about helping people to lose weight through Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Managing how we feel, our levels of stress and anxiety, what we eat and what we drink can often seem overwhelming. We all need to feel that when change comes along, as it inevitable will, we can manage, we can cope and we have a friendly face to cheer us on from the side-lines.

My desire to help others comes from my personal experience. Having lived with decades of yo yo dieting, I found the help I needed to overcome this challenge and to build a happier and more successful life. I have worked with the world's leading experts in behavioural change and healthy eating.
I combine online Cognitive Behavioural Coaching with Nutrition on either one to one or Skype calls, and I am always happy to help people experience an anxiety free life. I am one of the few therapists who know from my own experience how difficult change can be, however I also know the freedom that comes from transformation to confidence either in business or personal life.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have. As a lifelong member of slimming clubs, yoyo and serial dieting was a familiar process of weight-loss for me. When I began to focus on my health and a nutritious diet, weight loss followed but this time it was sustainable. I can help you to do the same.
