You don’t call yourself a perfectionist because you don’t think you’re perfect enough to be one…
The thing is that the fact that you don’t think you’re perfect enough to be a perfectionist is a sign of your perfectionism.
For a perfectionist nothing is rarely ever good enough.
Unfortunately that can mean that you never feel that you’re good enough.
Being a perfectionist means you perceive a gap in your life between how things are and how you think that things should be.
It can be something that affects how you feel about yourself in every moment.
It can affect everything you do, how you feel and what you believe is possible for you.
It can affect how you feel about your work.
It can affect how you feel about how you look.
It can affect how you feel about your home.
It can affect how you feel about yourself as a parent or partner.
It can affect how you feel about your potential as a leader.
You perceive the gap between your reality and your dreams and you think it you just try harder that that will make all the difference.
So you try harder and you work longer and you tell yourself that you’re at fault, that you’re doing something wrong.
Then you compare yourself to others and you feel that just as you’re getting things wrong, they seem to be getting things right without even trying.
More pressure, more endless trying, more perfectionism.
It can become a never ending cycle that takes you away from resting, playing, having fun, enjoying your creativity, connecting with others and doing work that lights up your soul.
What if you could move away from the endless perfectionistic try hard treadmill?
What if you could have more calm, confidence and creativity in your life?
What fun could you have if you took the pressure off?
What if you were able to be deeply connected to your intuition/inner guidance and could use the fact that you were able to follow that as your measure of success?
What would it be like to achieve better results through getting into a state of creative flow that you were able to access by being LESS hard on yourself?
What would it be like to have a life that you loved that loved you right back?

''Deborah is the epitome of the calm and soothing coach. From the moment you start speaking with her, your energy shifts to match her calm demeanour and wonderful intuitive understanding of what great questions to ask and how to guide you to get the best out of yourself and your time together. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Deborah and would highly recommend working with her if you are someone who knows you have a gift inside and need help “mining it, smoothing it out and getting it polished and most importantly getting it on display for the world to enjoy!” Stop hiding it, you need to share your gift.' Kirsten.
"I would recommend working with Deborah to mums who want to run their own businesses from home (or similar) because this would be perfect for these types of visionary, entrepreneurial women. Deborah challenges you to think about problems or internal battles very differently but in such a way that it is YOU discovering the changes and solutions for YOURSELF. She guides people to be their own best friend again and to make changes that they can take away from the call and apply to real life scenarios (without Deborah around to talk through the steps)." Roxanne Ford
"Deborah is a one-of-a-kind coach. She got straight to the heart of my challenge without judgement or discomfort, quickly helping me see through my problem with a new clarity and getting me to come up with ways to dissolve it, which has literally removed the issue. Deb is extremely easy to talk to, incredibly smart and you really feel her intuition. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone wanting to make positive changes in their life, whether you are entirely new to life coaching, a coach-in-training or a fully qualified coach yourself." Alison O’Leary
''When I first signed up for coaching I thought it would be more of a step by step solution, rather than the amazing guidance that it was. I gained more clarity, direction and a sense of calmness. Deborah was able to guide me to go deep and explore what was the true reason behind the overwhelm. I would recommend working with her to anyone that is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost or confused. She has some great tools for self-exploration and I absolutely love her approach, her energy and her coaching method. She has tools to go deep and to the core, and that is the key to true and deep transformation.'' Gabby.
'While writing my Masters thesis, Deborah supported me with two coaching sessions. She shifted my mindset from seeing only limiting circumstances I couldn´t change, into perceiving my own strengths, and seeing the positivity in the situation. This was the missing piece of the puzzle for me to finish my thesis happily. I passed – with distinction.' Lea Holtzer.
''When I first was considering coaching with Deborah, I was unsure how it would work, and in particular how it would work as a mother and daughter team. What I found was that coaching with Deborah was incredibly beneficial and the process of it is so interesting. We built such a good working relationship.Deborah has a lovely generous confident spirit that’s suited to working with young people. We now have processes to think on and strategies to help us deal with life’s challenges. I would absolutely recommend working with Deborah, as her coaching is very effective. I am so grateful to Deborah for helping my daughter through coaching and can see how much she has advanced personally during our work together.'' Stephanie.
''Working with Deborah has been fantastic, I could not recommend her highly enough. Deborah is a great mentor and a very passionate life coach. In just one session with her warm gentle approach, her positivity, compassion and support Deborah was able to help me find full clarity and confidence. I felt connected, inspired, motivated and clear on how and what actions I needed to take in order to move forward to fulfil my career dream goals. Truly AMAZING!'' Diana.
"Deborah holds a calm and kind space for her clients. She shows up with deep skills and sensitivity. You can trust her completely to guide you as you change your life." Susan Grace Beekman, Master Certified Coach.
"Deborah is a natural coach and amazingly resourceful – she always knows just the thing that will help you with your issue. She is truthful and open and gets to the core of the issue. With Deborah there is nowhere to hide, which is perfect, because she is on your side, she is genuinely supportive of you to reach your true potential, and she knows how to guide you there." Ozlem
"Coaching with Deborah has changed my life in a very significant, positive way. I’ve been challenged to think about things differently, in a much better than the way I would naturally revert to thinking. My mind has expanded. My belief in myself feels even more secure. I have taken away many life lessons even from the very first coaching session."
''Working with Deborah has been such a powerful and positive experience for me. Before I approached Deborah, I wasn’t sure whether life coaching was right for me, in fact I wasn’t sure what I wanted or needed! But my first hour working with Deborah was a revelation!
Her gentle and uplifting demeanour and an ability to ask just the right questions in the right way allowed me to explore my priorities and options in a way that just wouldn’t have been possible alone or with the friends and family I usually “mull things over” with. I really valued the way Deborah can root out and reflect back exactly what I am thinking and feeling in a way that helped me find clarity and a sense of positive momentum towards my goals.
I would definitely recommend working with Deborah to anyone who is experiencing change in their personal or professional life, or anyone who is simply pondering, “What is my next step from here?'' Rachel
''I was fortunate to find Deborah through a unique channel, a group that is put together to encourage women to go get it and work past things that are holding them back in their careers. Deborah was offering a life coaching session and I was drawn to it for the first time ever. To be frank I had heard of life coaches and was sceptical I didn’t think it was something for me. I took the initial step and emailed with Deborah and finally hit the yes button and scheduled our meeting. From the first email exchange, I was hooked. Deborah has such a gentleness about her, it is very soothing and uplifting. Her initial questions were focused, yet broad enough that I did not feel I was being backed into a corner. From the first moments of our session, I was finding emotions that I had submerged and they were finally coming to the surface and that was OK since Deborah was able to keep me focused to get to the good stuff. In the end, I can say this has been one of my biggest AHA moments, we all need a coach to help us when we sink back to self-question and bring us back to the greatest selves we are! Deborah is truly a champion I would recommend her to everyone.'' Lesley.
''The insight that I got from coaching with Deborah was amazing. I so appreciated her kindness and her ability to see what my blockers from success were so quickly. I find I have so much more confidence now. I would recommend coaching with Deborah to anyone, particularly people who want to find out what is blocking them from success and who want to get to the very root of that. I feel that my life is forever changed by the coaching we did.'' Lisa.
''Working with Deborah gave me a greater sense of calm and peace and trust/faith that things are working out exactly as they should. I appreciated her calm, gentle energy, her intuitive hunches and the creative playwork she assigned. She was willing to let me go all over the place, exploring this and that nook or cranny and then also always pulling me back to the central issue…intuitively knowing what was most important to look at. I appreciate the encouragement that I DO have access to my intuition and inner wisdom…the reminder that I discount it too quickly.’' Julia
''Deborah has the gift of getting to the heart of things quickly. She helped me to see that I need to claim coaching, that I don’t need to have all the answers and that I have the knowledge and skill to help the women I feel drawn to help. I would recommend her coaching to women in general but particularly to coaches. I experienced several ‘aha’ moments during our session which have stayed with me. As a life coach I really appreciated Deborah’s insight in supporting me to claim the title of coach.'' Deborah
"As a mother, Deborah really knew where I was at. She was SO gentle and totally got my sensitivity and and could handle it, which I really appreciated. There were so many results and realizations that it is difficult to capture them all. I realized that that I don’t have to sell myself short I can make my dreams for work and life manifest, but I need to ensure self care and really really hone my intuition and listen to my gut instincts, so I don’t get overwhelmed with life. I’ve also gained more confidence in my writing and published articles. I loved having Deborah to confide in and found the email coaching in between sessions hugely supportive. I would recommend coaching with Deborah to other mums like me that are struggling to work out what to do post-baby, to budding writers, to coaches, to sensitive people. Deborah was there for me when I needed her, through the yucky times and in the good. She was so dependable. I’m now excited about the growth of my Earth Mama business and looking forward to working with my new clients." Elizabeth Santos
