About me

Feeling trapped, undervalued, or unsure about your next career move?

You’re not alone.

I was once exactly where you are now and it took a while to get from there to making work-life work for me.

Today I help public sector professionals like you to confidently transition into fulfilling roles—whether by reinventing within the sector or by pivoting beyond it.

If you're facing redundancy, seeking a promotion, or looking to create a purpose-fuelled ‘second act’ to your career, this is for you.

I’ve spent 14+ years of my career in the public sector—and survived three career curveballs. My experience taught me how to adapt, find new opportunities and reinvent myself in the face of unexpected changes. Coaching has taken those learnings to another level.

Change happens—and walking through it with someone by your side, who can also see things from the outside really does work. Let's work together to get you to where you want to be in your work-life.

In our work together, you’ll:

✅ Become clearer about your next steps—after aligning your skills, values, and goals
✅ Shape your experience into meaningful opportunities—without starting from scratch
✅ Replace fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty with a clear strategy

No generic fluff.

No rushed pivots.

No one-size fits all.

Just tailored support to help you move into and through your transition with confidence.

Further information

My background includes working as a youth coach and as a family coach - using my legal background to support parents on their journey through the family courts.

During my content career, I mentored those who were seeking a move into content and digital or who wanted help to move up or work differently within the field.

Having worked across a wide variety of professional fields, (and in the public sector as a team leader and contractor for 14 years) I draw on the many disciplines I have mastered to inform my coaching practice and am very interested in working with clients with a background in the public sector.
