I'm Dawn and I'm a fully qualified, accredited and insured Life Coach. There are times when we need a bit of help; someone who will truly listen to what's going on in your life, someone who will help you navigate a rough patch. It might be that you merely need a soundboard; to get things off your chest and to find a bit of clarity. It might be that you would welcome a bit of advice, mentoring or guidance in something you are going through personally or at work. If so, I can offer you that ear or that support or guidance. If you want something to change in your life then you have to take action. If you are ready to take action, then I am ready to help you get there. In a relaxing, confidential setting, your session is your time to talk and think things through, a space to evaluate all that is going on at present and a space to clarify how you would like things to change or be different. You have the strength and you have the ability to make this work for you.
As well as Life Coaching, I also work with Health companies; training employees and line managers in Developing Resilience and talking to employees about stress and anxiety. I also deliver Introduction to Mindfulness sessions to various company employees. I am also a Mental Health First Aider.
