David McNeil BSc (Hons)
About me
I will work with you to identify the things you are good at and make them even better.
Coaching is a useful way of developing your skills and abilities and boosting your performance. It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become major problems.
Our coaching session will take place as a conversation between myself (the coach) and you (the coachee) and will focus on helping you discover answers for yourself. The more you provide the solution, the more likely it will be long-lasting and successful.
I am a master practitioner of NLP, which means through trance work and hypnosis we can explore your unconscious mind (which already knows all the answers).
I have many years of experience working at Board level in the public sector and I have also had the privilege of working directly with Ministers and Senior Officials in Government Departments. I have been coaching individuals and organisations, delivered team & Board development and provided general advice/mentoring for the last 15 years. I also work as an interim executive, usually in organisations that are failing, in communications, risk and governance.
Apart from individuals, my clients include the NHS, Politicians and private companies.

Fees
Fees depend on the situation and requirements (such as travel), but would normally be between £60 and £100 per hour/session. There are also opportunities of booking half day 'break through' sessions to include light refreshment, or training days in areas such as NLP techniques. As building a rapport is the key to success, check to see if we have an offer on for a half price first session.
