About me

I will work with you to identify the things you are good at and make them even better.

Coaching is a useful way of developing your skills and abilities and boosting your performance. It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become major problems.

Our coaching session will take place as a conversation and will focus on helping you discover answers for yourself. The more you provide the solution, the more likely it will be long-lasting and successful.

I am a master practitioner of NLP, which means through trance work and hypnosis we can explore your unconscious mind (which already knows all the answers).

I have many years of experience working at Board level in the public and charity sector and I have also had the privilege of working directly with Ministers and Senior Officials in Government Departments. I have been coaching individuals and organisations, delivered team & Board development and provided general advice/mentoring for the last 15 years. I also work as an interim executive, usually in organisations that are failing, in communications, risk and governance.

Key details

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Most of my consulting rooms have disabled access, please ask. I will also come to your place of work or home if that is easier
