About me
Hi, I am David, an experienced International Executive Coach/Mentor. I have provided executive and business performance coaching in the UK, Europe, Middle East, India and the Pacific region. I have over 10,000 hours of 1:1 coaching/mentoring experience. This also includes Life Coaching assignments. I am able to hold my clients gracefully to account, to achieve their change and development.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Case Study
My client has taken on the Managing Director role within his family-owned business. He has no experience with Director level thinking and action.
His request was to develop him as the Managing Director. He has a number of key stakeholders and this has focussed on 3 levels of activity:
- Strategic (Board level)
- Tactical (Heads of Functions eg Finance; Sales and marketing etc)
- Operational (Departmental teams e.g. Production; Administration etc.)
- We have included a powerful SWOT analysis.
The business is successfully developing in spite of 'COVID 19 impact'.

I offer a FREE, no-obligation introductory coaching session. This will scope out any future coaching programme.
A life coach/mentoring programme - Five face to face sessions (5 x 90 minutes) together with telephone, video, and email support. Please let me know if you have any exceptional circumstances to be considered.
A specific executive coaching/mentoring programme involving organisational, leadership or managerial activity usually for 6 months.

COVID 19

I am also the founder of Let Hope Arise Africa (www.lethopeariseafrica.org), a charity which is developing leadership potential, especially among girls and women in East Africa. Starting with Uganda, we work through Education, Mentoring, and Social Enterprise.
What to expect from our work together
Through careful listening and questioning, I will begin to understand the nature and scope of the challenge you want to work on. This first session will give you the confidence to consider possible actions and strategies to progress. We will identify the tools and techniques that will transform your approach and move you forward. I will act as a sounding board as we create possible scenarios of action. You will be able to share confidentially in this free meeting.
Your coaching/mentoring programme
We will agree on the frequency and number of sessions. These can be face to face or remote. We will discuss how to work together remotely during this COVID 19 virus period. We have Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp video, FaceTime, etc. I have clients who use these mediums with me. I am also meeting a few clients face to face under COVID prevention conditions.
I will outline the support package of WhatsApp, emails, check-in/progress calls, etc. This will include any resources which will accelerate you achieving your goals.
