I am a qualified personal performance coach with approaching 20 years experience in sport, having worked for a number of organisations including a local authority, Sport England, a County Football Association and The FA. I am passionate about helping people to develop and achieve their potential, whether in sport, career or life.
I aim to make each coaching session with you an inspiring, motivating and ultimately positive experience that will help move you forward. It is very important that you feel a sense of progress and momentum from each session. We will look at what is currently blocking or stopping you from being where you want to be, and together come up with a plan that will help you to get over these hurdles.
I use the GROW model on which to base the sessions - spending quality time defining your overall goal, and breaking this down into short term goals. We will then look at where you currently are in relation to your goal, identify strengths you already have, and who else can help. I will then encourage you to think creatively about different options, before finishing the session with an agreed action plan with specific timescales.
Common areas that I coach people on include improving time management, fitness, confidence, visibility within organisations, strategy and business plan development, dealing with interpersonal relationships or dynamics at work, career development and progression, having more impact and being more effective. In general - anything and everything!
I have also been trained and accredited by The Coaching Academy to undertake DISC personality profile assessments, a key tool in understanding the dynamics of individuals and teams.

Available on request following discussion of your needs. A number of packages are available and I aim to be as flexible as possible to help you achieve your goals.
Coaching typically takes place in a set of 6 sessions and either in person, by Skype, or phone. They are up to an hour in duration and can be held weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs.
Our first session will be an 'intake' or induction session at which we will discuss what you want to achieve, and if appropriate use some exercises and tools to understand this more fully.
I also offer clients the opportunity to undertake the DISC personality profile, which can really help to understand the type of person you are, and your relationships with other people.
I can also run group coaching sessions with your team in order to identify ways to work more collaboratively and develop an action plan that will ensure you achieve your goals.
