About me

Hi, I'm Danielle, I have worked as a therapist and coach for over eleven years.

What you can expect from me as your life coach:

You can expect your life coach to be supportive, non-judgemental, honest, direct, and challenging (when/if required). You’re going to be asked a lot of questions in each session, you will be challenged on your opinions, you will be invited out of your comfort zone and you will be held accountable for yourself, your goals and your actions.

I treat every client as an individual, I understand that we all have different lives, challenges and goals. For this reason, I find it useful to discuss your needs and hopes for coaching, prior to suggesting a number of sessions. That said, when fully committed to coaching, clients can often achieve excellent results within just a few sessions.

The benefits of life coaching:

Life can be a roller coaster. One minute you can feel amazing, happy and content; and the next you can feel stressed and lost. Whilst we can’t change the ups and downs of life, we learn to manage how we react to them. Life coaching will help you get to know yourself better; understand why you do what you do and feel how you feel; and help you change the way you react and think about things.

One of the key goals of coaching is to assist you in freeing yourself from limiting beliefs and damaging behaviour. Allowing you to live the life you desire and help you to live a life of empowerment and success, rather than feeling stuck and fearful.

Coaching is a series of one-to-one meetings between you and a coach. These meetings are confidential and totally focused on helping you to overcome challenges, as well as setting and achieving goals in your life.

Are you ready to get started?

If you’re ready to commit to creating the life you desire, then book your free 20-minute telephone consultation. This call will offer you the opportunity to discuss what you want from your coaching and it will also enable me to answer any questions you might have.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked as a therapist and coach for over eleven years, and during this time I have obtained the following qualifications:

- BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling Practice (First class, University of Nottingham)

- Certificate in Humanistic Counselling Practice (Distinction, University of Nottingham)

- Level 7 Diploma in Life Coaching

- PG Cert in Clinical Supervision

During my coaching/counselling career, I have worked in a wide range of settings including a College, an Addictions Centre and a Bereavement Service. I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I also specialise in small business set-up, and I have had a great deal of success working with individuals who aspire to set up a business; especially within the holistic/therapy field.

Packages available:

  • £75 per hour.

  • £200 for a 1 month package consisting of: 3 x one-to-one coaching sessions, email back up and resources, worksheets and exercises to assist your success.

  • £550 for a 3 month package consisting of: 3 x one-to-one coaching sessions per month (9 in total), email back up and resources, worksheets and exercises to assist your success.

Sessions usually last for one hour, however, if you feel you require a longer session we can of course consider a 2-hour session, especially if you are working on something that requires prompt action/decisions. Some clients prefer to have a set time and date in the calendar every month, whereas others prefer to schedule their sessions on an ad-hoc basis. I can be flexible to accommodate these needs.

Coaching is an investment in yourself and your future. As your coach, I am fully committed to assisting you in achieving your goals and the life you desire.
