I’m Craig Gibson, a Mindset, Trauma, and Business Coach (DIP. HYP. GQHP, ABNLP), passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and achieve both personal and professional breakthroughs. With extensive training in clinical hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP Master Practitioner), and Three Principles (3Ps) coaching, I support clients in overcoming trauma, reprogramming limiting beliefs, and stepping into their full potential.
My approach blends evidence-based techniques including hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy™, inner child work, parts therapy, and 3Ps coaching – a transformative understanding of how thoughts shape experience and influence well-being.
