About me
I am a certified executive coach and mentor specialising in leadership, careers, and resilience coaching; I am very experienced in guiding individuals through career and life transitions. I have brought together my business and coaching skills to support many people through change both in the context of work and other life areas. I particularly enjoy working with clients who are navigating their way through their first leadership role and have supported several neurodiverse clients to build their self-confidence and abilities as leaders.
My passion is to enable professionals to find a life they love and meaning in their careers. I enable this through finding their inner potential and bringing out their best selves. I have a deep understanding of the challenges of agile and rapidly changing work environments and the need to be adaptable and resilient.
In my coaching, I create an environment for my clients that is both supportive and challenging. I help them think creatively and intuitively about their lives, the role work plays in it, and enable them to find new insights and perspectives. My sessions are client led and I support them through sharing a unique blend of techniques from NLP, neuroscience, and positive psychology.

I offer a 30 minute FREE consultation during which we will talk about what you would like to achieve from coaching and agree a way forward.
My fees are £150 per hour with discount for block booking.
