About me


I am a qualified and accredited life coach with a strong social work background. I am working with children and adults to effect change in their personal and professional life helping individuals be proud of where they are in lives and fully embracing who they are. Do you want to be that grateful person? I can work with you on your personal goals or professional goals. I can help you raise your standards, stay motivated, develop new skills, and routines which will lead to greater success. If you want to accomplish something new or need help with something you have struggled with for a while  or maybe you are going through a life transition right now and need support to find your balance, taking an important  decision or   to keep your focus to get the work done. I can provide structure, advice and motivation to support you to accomplish your goals and enjoy the fruits of your labour.

I have been a life coach since 2013 and I am an experienced social worker, practice educator and trainer.

BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Life Coaching Skills and Practice, Newcastle College
Practice Educator Award, Kingston University Level7
Bachelor in Social Work, Babes-Bolyai University
Diploma in Child Day Care / ASET Certificate, N.C.C.
Women In Governance Open College Network
Participation in Local Governance-Level 2
Power and Diversity-Level 3

I also completed numerous work base training including Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP), Mental Health First Aid, Play Therapy and Attachment theory, Helping families in crises, family mediation etc.

Association for Coaching

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
