About me

ReeDefined Life and Performance Coaching provides coaching and support to those undergoing transition, whether that's a career or lifestyle change... often, the two elements happen at the same time.

Realising a future that suits you, allowing you to live to work, rather than work to live, is the aim; discovering your purpose, gaining insight into what motivates you, and identifying actions to move you forward, towards a future that you're creating.

Developing your personal well-being will enhance your resilience to further challenges.

I have personal experience of workplace stress, overwhelm, loss of career, poor mental health, and physical injuries, but most importantly, I understand what it is to develop a plan for personal recovery and development, and how coaching enhances the process.

Training, qualifications & experience

I served 26-years in the Royal Air Force Medical Services, including three deployments to the Balkans, in support of military and peacekeeping operations. During this time, I completed a great deal of studying, from Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) to a Master of Science (MSc).

I gained my coaching qualification through Help for Heroes (Institute of Leadership and Management accredited training), following my attendance on The Pathfinder Experience, where I was coached.

I continue to be coached in my personal and professional development, and also have a Mentor.
