About me

Self love involves accepting all aspects of yourself — even those parts that you’ve learned you feel the need to hide.

With my expertise and your determination you can learn to thrive through self love.

I hold space for women to do just that in a safe and nurturing environment.

My role is to support, guide and coach women to be able to fully self love.

Even the women who believe they are unlovable.

Even the shadow parts you try and hide about yourself - through  Self Love & Acceptance.

Helping you with Self Confidence; Self Compassion; Self Worth & Self Respect so you can be your authentic soul-full self.

As a self love coach and energy healer, I provide my clients space and sacred containers to nurse their consciousness back to health after a lifetime of external influences have created negative associations in the present.

Please see my website for full list of current services including booking a free self love consultation and assessment.
