ADHD & Executive Function Coach. Career & Life Coaching

About me

I invite you to take the first and bravest step towards change. Using a tailor made approach and after an initial free consultation, I am able to advise on what  will make a difference and give you a comprehensive report of my assessment. This may be all you need to answer your own questions, but it will also give you clarity on how many sessions, frequency, the specifics of what would be covered, costs and availability.

With over a 1000 hours of coaching experience, having worked with over a hundred clients in either a 1:1 or group setting, I am here to empower, encourage, direct and listen to your needs.

At the heart of my coaching is working with your core values and how living a life that's true to your values changes everything. Whether that is in relationships, career, family, personal development, health or finances. When you find your authentic values, you find your answers.

By working on our executive functions*, which is a neuroscience based approach to coaching adults and young people who are looking to make a meaningful change in their lives, especially if you have ADHD symptoms. With coaching you can improve your business performance, relationships at home, wellbeing and resilience, which hold the key to thriving at life and making changes that last.  There is a huge difference between knowing our strengths and weaknesses and owning and controlling them.

These are the areas that I work with on a regular basis:

  • limiting beliefs that consistently prevent change
  • controlling the inner critic and championing the inner coach
  • letting go of guilt
  • lifelong battles with procrastination
  • changing from a fixed to a growth mindset
  • anxiety busting techniques
  • direction in life, career, relationships and money
  • building confidence
  • improving life satisfaction
  • self-awareness and needs
  • time management, planning, completing tasks, organisation and focus
  • getting started, creating a plan and getting the job done
  • Coronavirus worries

I give you value and help you see things in a different light

*What are Executive Functions?

Executive function describes a set of cognitive processes and mental skills that help an individual plan, monitor, and successfully execute their goals. The “executive functions,” as they’re known, include attentional control, working memory, inhibition, and problem-solving, which are based in the brain’s prefrontal cortex.

Signs that you may struggle with executive functions:

  • you will likely have trouble starting or finishing tasks and plans
  • not able to keep belongings organised.
  • lateness and problems with time keeping
  • forgetfulness
  • knowing how to prioritise
  • you may struggle to make decisions
  • lose important items frequently.
  • Issues with impulse or emotional control
  • act without thinking
  • appear overly emotional at times

A free initial consultation will give you the answers you're looking for.

I use a blend of:

  • Life coaching
  • Executive function skills
  • Mindset training
  • Resilience training
  • NLP techniques
  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR)
  • Personality profile
  • 11 years of experience working one to one with clients
  • An excellent quality service with powerful outcomes.
  • Worksheets, tools and exercises which help embed the coaching process in between session

"I wanted to thank you.  Without your guidance and coaching I really don't think I would have had the confidence to make these decisions and to choose the options that are right for me without worrying about everyone else.  I feel like I had a total block on what I really wanted for myself,  and once I worked that out,  the decisions became no-brainers! So,  thank you.  I am feeling so positive and hopeful about life now."

"You have helped change my life, never in a million years would I have dreamed that I could start my own business and learn  how to cope with my anxiety. There are no words to say how grateful I am"
