About me

I work with people that are wanting to make big changes to their lives, they are awakening and realising that it's time to move forward; spiritually, emotionally and physically. It can be exciting, awe-inspiring and nerve-wracking all at the same time - I know it was for me!

I found that working with a coach enabled me to see clearly and really begin to map out my future and this is what I now do with my clients.

I create a safe and relaxed environment for you to explore what you truly desire and how you can courageously step into your power. As you begin to walk along the path I'll be right there with you, holding the candle to guide the way.

Next steps - please do get in touch, we can arrange a time to have a free no obligation chat and decide whether we want to work together.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you well along your journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have over 18 years experience of working in the private and public sectors (including working for a FTSE 100 company) and over the past few years, I have transitioned to work on a freelance basis and start up my coaching business.

I completed my coaching training and qualification with the UK's leading coaching provider - The Coaching Academy.

I am also a qualified Advanced Reiki Practitioner, this is something I can bring into the coaching space to enable you to relax and connect with your inner self. I am a client and student of Psychotherapy - the Psychosynthesis model and may use some of their frameworks within our coaching sessions to deepen the work that we do together. Please note I am not a qualified Psychotherapist.

Let's see if we want to work together and then we can discuss fees.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
