About me

Clare is an extremely personable, qualified and experienced coach holding Master Certified Coach and mentor Coaching with ICF, as well as Master Practitioner and Accredited Supervisor with EMCC. Clare is passionate about co-creating positive transformation in partnership with people in their personal life, and in partnership with organisations. She also trains and supervises coaches. Her work spans culture transformation, executive and board coaching, systemic team coaching, bespoke leadership development, consulting, instructional design, experiential contextually based blended learning, harnessing equality and diversity, performance management, competency frameworks, psychometric profiling including 360 and research.

Clare has worked internally and externally across sectors globally including Fortune 100s within talent development, coaching, diversity, Senior Leadership Development, L&D/OD. She has designed her own #CoachME Coaching Model and resources which have been translated into over 25 languages. Her instructional design, training delivery, mentor coaching and coach supervision skills have enabled her to gain ICF approved, accredited and CCE programmes face-to-face and on-line globally.

Clare founded BMC and CoachME in 2011 trail blazing in the Middle East specifically providing bespoke solutions for systemic impact. She is Level A and B with the British Psychological Society, ICF Master Certified Coach and Mentor Coach, as well as EMCC Master Practitioner and Accredited Coach Supervisor.

UK International Coach Federation

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.

Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.

Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
