About me

Clara Monroy -Life Coach for Lesbians

Hello and welcome!!

I work with courageous women who want to create lasting change and are committed to their own personal growth and transformation.

For me Coaching is about pushing boundaries, it’s about making you uncomfortable in a comfortable environment. It’s about me being there for you to support you whilst you explore the issues you face in life, the issues that you find hard to face on your own.

When your family and friends can’t help, when you need someone who you can trust and who will not judge you, when you know you can do it and you need someone to help you push forward and share the journey with you; I will be there, holding your corner and helping you become the person you want to be.

Personal Transformation Coaching is what I do. I help you become the person who you want to become. We go deep and explore the issues hidden underneath, the issues that are keeping you stuck and perhaps you have been avoiding. Together we explore what’s going on for you, what’s keeping you where you are.

I help you understand who you want to be and facilitate the process of self-creation to enable you explore, understand, decide and make the choices that are right for you; the choices that will create the life you want!

Ultimately I help you achieve your personal, professional and social goals and start being who you’ve always wanted to be!

Are you wondering whether you are gay or not? Have you realized you are and don’t know what to do? Are you scared about your friends and family’s reaction?

It can be hard to realise that you are different, and it can be difficult to accept for you, for your family, for the people you know. Together we will examine the meaning this has for you and how you want to go about it. We’ll explore how you can live authentically and be confortable about yourself.

Want to find out what’s holding you back in life? Want to discover your purpose and values? Find yourself focused on how to fix your job, your relationship, the world? Are you living an external existence? Want to take responsibility for your life?

If you want something to change in your life, together we’ll explore your world from the inside to help you understand what matters to you and how to live life in line with your inner values.

We’ll spend time going inside, seeing how you feel, what you do, how you react to everything that matters. We’ll discover your limiting beliefs and create empowering beliefs instead. I’ll help you create the change you want to see in your life.

Are you in an unfulfilling relationship and want to leave?
It feels like your relationship is over but you’re still together?
You want to leave and are finding it difficult to make the decision?

Only you can decide if your relationship is over but together we can explore what is going on for you and how to change it. I will help you understand what is making you feel like leaving and what’s stopping you from doing it.

If leaving is what you really want to do, together we’ll work out a step-by-step plan and I will support you through every steps. You’ll find out what you want to do next and you will be free to do it!!

How long more are you willing to carry on living an unfulfilled life where your own needs aren’t satisfied?

Are you feeling confused about your sexuality? Are you a woman over 40 who’s identified herself as straight and suddenly feeling attracted to another woman?

Together we will explore what is going on for you. We’ll find out what you want to do about these emerging feelings. Most importantly you will be able to accept yourself and accept that life changes and that sometimes sexuality changes.
