My coaching is about personal development. In the process you might overcome fears and anxieties, get greater clarity about what's important to you and find greater focus for the things you want to do going forward. When you recognise your natural inbuilt resilience, you unleash an amazing ability to navigate life with joy and elegance.
In the past I worked in the NHS and Domestic Abuse outreach. My first career was in costume in theatre, film and television.
