Most of the people I work with are unhappy for one reason or another, so you could say I'm a happiness coach. My coaching is about personal development. In the process people overcome fears and anxieties, get greater clarity about what's important to them and find greater focus for the things they want to do going forward. When we recognise our natural inbuilt resilience, we unleash an amazing ability to navigate life with a joy and elegance which means we naturally relate better to the people we encounter day to day.
I coach by Skype, on the phone and if you live nearby, in person. Distance is not an issue with modern technology and I coach people as far away as Los Angeles. The only thing to take into consideration is the time difference.
A long time ago I worked in theatre, film and television since then I've worked for myself but along the way I've done part time stints with the domestic abuse team at the CAB and the NHS staff counselling service at Kingston Hospital.

My Coachees tend to be successful in their chosen fields but find there is something missing and the great life they envisaged when they set out to seek their fortune, is not all they thought it would be. Together we work on the day to day stuff of making life easier and on the bigger picture too.
Seeking a life partner - One area I am particularly interested in is the difficulty people seem to have in finding a partner to settle down with. Demanding careers can often be the main focus of life in your 20s and then suddenly you are in your 30s and going to everyone else's wedding and feeling left behind by your peers. When panic sets in, it seems to make finding Mr or Miss right all the more difficult. Together we work on your attitudes to relationships and the thinking that perhaps holds you back and keeps you stuck in the single life you so want to change.
