About me

Thank you for taking a look at my profile.  I am a wellbeing like coach offering support and guidance in areas of health and wellbeing, creativity, work-life balance and personal development. These are areas I have spent my life working on and now help others giving them the space to explore issues and make their lives more fulfilling and enjoyable.

I have a Diploma in Individual and Relationship Counselling (BACP recognised course of 850 hours); am a languages graduate and qualified teacher through Southampton University and a vocalist/composer/lyricist of 14 years with a Music Masters from the Guildhall School of Music.

I have privately studied personal development, psychology and spirituality through my life to try and find the answers to ultimate peace, happiness and fulfilment.

I help people identify and acheve their goals and realise their potential. There are often inner blocks such as limiting self beliefs or outer constraints such as pressing responsibilities that make it difficult and often feel impossible to achieve the life we so deeply wish for. Making the time for ourselves to look at what's happening with a professional coach can make things much clearer moving forward. Then we have choice and can take responsibility for our next step.

Mode of Working:

With a background in counselling I amalgamate the practical goal orientating approach of coaching with a gentle reflection on deeper underlying issues which could be preventing success. I will provide exercises and practices to help the client gain clarity about what is happening and be able to make informed choices about the way forward.

As a creative I think outside the box and use any combination of practices such as for example meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, free writing and self-reflection.

Statement of Intentions:

My intentions are to be completely present, non-judgmental, to work confidentially and hold the client in positive regard at all times. In this environment I believe deep transformation and achievement of goals can be reached.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked in counselling at the Castle Street Clinic, Guildford and in private practice as a creative coach. I am also a vocalist/composer/lyricist and teacher. In my work I seek to help the client remove obstacles which impede their own fulfilment of goals and encourage creativity.
