About me

Wondering if you are in the right place?

Well, if you can answer 'yes' to the following, then absolutely you are:

  • I'm lacking in self-esteem
  • I need to....but I'm not good enough....
  • I know where I want to be, but am not sure how to get there
  • I have anxiety
  • There's been some stuff going on for me, I need some help to move on
  • My motivation is lacking
  • I don't have the confidence to.....
  • I need some fresh ideas
  • I want to develop my career
  • I don't have the skills / resources to.....

Most of all, you need to say 'yes' to this:

'I am ready to change. I am willing to be accountable for the change I want to be.'

Say it. Own it. Coach with me and you will be it.

How my clients, colleagues and friends describe me

The best reference to my character has to come from those who know me best and those who I have worked with. These are the words they use to describe me: Honest, kind, thoughtful, intelligent, fun, strong, visionary, proactive, pragmatic, empathetic, dedicated.

"this lady can hold her own in any situation...She is willing to give absolutely anything a go with her eternal enthusiasm and is quite possibly the most organised person I know"

"She is truly passionate about her family, friends and career"

"Claire may have climbed the ladder to achieve the job of her dreams but she has always kept her feet on the ground....She is loyal to those who matter to her, kind and compassionate"

Client testimonials

'I do feel much better following spending time with you. I think the main advantage is talking about things out loud. Providing me with the opportunity to release the thoughts from inside my head. This helped me to see the blockers in perspective. Your calm, assertive approach was just right. Alongside this was your ability to listen and replay my words and thoughts, this was stand out.'

Learning & Development Manager

'Already I feel that I have become aware of some blocks, which I didn't quite realise were there - or at least couldn't articulate them myself.'

Business Owner

'Claire listens to me and picks up on things I am saying throughout our session, bringing them to my awareness so I make connections and come away with a clear list of actions.'

Foreign Embassy worker

'I feel more confident and motivated to move my business forwards.'

Business Owner

'I don't know how to explain it, but I feel lighter and happier.'

Assistant Headteacher

My background

If you want something doing, ask a busy (and qualified!) person.

I am that person.

I wear a number of different hats, keep up-to-date with my learning so my clients are introduced to the best in coaching that has been thought or said, and I make time for who and what matters.

First and foremost, I am a mum. I have two teenage children who are incredible. I am also headteacher of one of the top state secondary schools in the country. Coaching and transformational leadership are what I do on a daily basis.

As a professional I absolutely believe that you need to respond to and coach the whole person. So whilst your big goal may be to earn a £10k month, if your pet budgie died that morning, we need to deal with that first.

I am a professional personal and executive coach with a background in psychology and education (full list of qualifications in the training and experience section). I specialise in personal development, confidence, motivation and leadership coaching. My super power is making people feel better about themselves. I am a transformational coach. With me, lasting change happens.

I work with people to align their values, thinking and actions in order to fulfil their goals, or that big dream. We will form a coaching partnership through which you will transform and thereby achieve your ambitions.

Work with me to discover and unlock your potential, to be the person you want to be and live the life you always imagined.

Additional information

Most transformations take 4-6 sessions, each of an hour in length, although individual sessions for changes are available.

For some transformations it is better to have two sessions on consecutive days, 3-4 hours in length, followed by shorter follow up sessions over the coming six weeks.

The sessions will focus on finding out where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there.
