About me

I am an experienced, qualified Coach with an established coaching practice based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire but also offer telephone or internet coaching nationwide.

I have been a professional Coach since 2012 after leaving the police as a senior manager with 30 years’ proud service which included the British Association of Women Police (BAWP) Officer of the year 2007 (which recognised a history of excellence in Mentoring, Leadership, Performance and Community Service).

I am passionate about coaching and take a great deal of pride in supporting, inspiring and empowering others to make the most of their talents, learn new skills, overcome limiting beliefs and make positive changes to their personal and professional lives.

My Coaching Practice

There are times when we can really benefit from having access to independent, professional support in an understanding, non-judgmental and constructive environment.

My Life Coaching practice provides just that - an opportunity for clients to talk openly and explore their feelings, learn new skills and strategies and make balanced decisions with the support of an experienced, professional coach.

The types of issues I regularly help clients with include:

  • A desire to improve personal performance or career prospects, including help with interview technique, presentation skills, CV building and review.
  • Developing management skills.
  • Weighing up options for career change including identifying transferable skills.
  • Addressing a lack of self-confidence, self-belief, limiting beliefs or low self-esteem.
  • Improving self-awareness and understanding responses to a given situation.
  • Relationship issues - partner, friends, colleagues, family etc.
  • Managing stress or anxiety.
  • Managing anger.
  • Phobias.
  • Work / life balance.
  • Motivation.

I work with individuals, couples and small groups and use a combination of coaching tools, including self- help strategies, skills training and some Cognitive Behaviour Therapy based techniques.

I offer face to face appointments Tuesday – Friday between 0930 and 1800 hours and Saturday / Sunday 1000 - 1500. Telephone appointments may be available outside these hours.
